The sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has just announced the Ford Raya Aftersales promotion to celebrate the coming Raya holidays. Running from 15 April to 31 May 2022, customers can enjoy savings of up to 20% off through this promotion.
Ford owners are encouraged to service their vehicles during the campaign period to save up to 20% off on lubricant, timing and brake packages. Additionally, labour fees required for these packages will also be having a 10% discount.
For those who require other types of services, Ford are also giving offers for services like alignment and balancing, basic air conditioning service, polishing and sanitisation.
That’s not all, as customers who end up spending more than RM1,000 on any of these offers mentioned as well as other service options will receive a free exclusive sports bag and Ford Raya packets. The Ford Raya Aftersales campaign also gives Ford owners a free 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicle is kept in good shape.
Ford also ensures its customers that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used for servicing vehicles at Ford Authorized Service Centres. Parts also come with 12 months or 20,000km warranty, whichever comes first. Additionally, Ford Authorised Service Centres are staffed and equipped only with Ford-certified technicians and diagnostic tools.
For Ford Ranger owners in particular, they can opt for the Ford Extended Warranty PremiumCare plan which comes with two additional years to the standard five-years of warranty for unexpected repairs.
Customers who own a Ford Ranger XL, XLT & XLT Plus, can enjoy a four-in-one accessories package deal for RM1,628 for additional customizations to their pick-up truck.
