iCAUR V25 Makes Global Debut With REEV And BEV Powertrains

iCAUR has unveiled the V25 globally at the 2026 iCAUR International User Summit in Wuhu, China, on 19 October. The new model completes the brand’s V-Series lineup alongside the V23 and V27.

Positioned as a personalised all-terrain SUV, the V25 combines a boxy design with two powertrain options: a range-extended electric vehicle (REEV) and a battery electric vehicle (BEV). The model also features intelligent all-wheel drive, driver assistance systems and built-in customisation options.

Boxy Design With Customisation Options

The V25 retains iCAUR’s signature boxy silhouette and round LED headlights. Its design includes a flat front end, clamshell bonnet, upright windscreen and flared wheel arches. Other features include 21-inch wheels, a side-opening tailgate and a full-size spare tyre.

iCAUR says the vehicle achieves 66.4% longitudinal space efficiency. The cabin offers 41 storage compartments and a 1,549-litre boot. The BEV version also gets a front trunk and 22 litres of underfloor storage.

The front seats can fold flat with the rear seats to create a resting space. Other equipment includes an opening panoramic sunroof with a power sunshade, ventilated and heated front seats, power adjustment and driver memory functions. A 15-speaker audio system is also available.

The V25 has more than 20 built-in modification interfaces, allowing owners to customise the vehicle without altering key components such as the battery, motor, electronic controls or safety structure. It also supports a 1.8-tonne towing capacity and 6 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) output.

REEV And Electric Powertrains

The REEV version uses iCAUR’s Golden REEV system, which supports both fuel and electric power. It achieves a claimed maximum thermal efficiency of 44.5% and a fuel-to-electricity conversion rate of 3.71 kWh per litre.

Drivers can choose between five energy management modes: Forced EV, EV Priority, Hybrid, Fuel First and Forced Charge.

The V25 also offers i-AWD, an intelligent all-wheel-drive system built on the i-SWIFT Agile Handling Platform. Its dual motors produce a combined 335 kW and 505 Nm, with the system able to switch between two-wheel drive and all-wheel drive according to road conditions.

Safety And Driver Assistance

The V25 uses a cage-type body structure with five horizontal and six vertical beams. High-strength and advanced high-strength steel account for 80% of the body structure, while torsional stiffness is rated at 30,000 Nm per degree.

Safety equipment includes six standard airbags and a front centre airbag, alongside dual-stage load-limiting seat belts. The SUV also offers Level 2 driver assistance, including adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot detection and driver monitoring.

Additional systems include a 540-degree surround-view camera and automatic parking assist.

At the launch, iCAUR also presented three customised vehicles: the V23 Forge, V25 Game Changer and V27 Sun Roam. The company plans to introduce these versions to global markets from early 2027. Pricing and market-specific launch details for the V25 were not announced in the supplied information.
