The Rebel now comes in Matte Gun Powder Black Metallic
new colorway announced for the popular Honda Rebel
Boon Siew Honda Sdn. Bhd updates the rebel with new Matte Gun Powder Black Metallic colorway. The new colour enhances the Rebel’s bold cruiser character while maintaining its signature minimalist styling and low-slung silhouette.
The rebel sports a 471cc liquid-cooled parallel twin-cylinder engine, delivering 43Nm of torque at 6,500rpm and 34kW of peak power at 8,500rpm. The engine is paired with Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI), providing smooth and linear power delivery, responsive throttle control, and improved fuel efficiency while maintaining low emissions.
One of the Rebel’s standout design elements is the 690mm lowered seat and the 11.2-litre fuel tank which complements the bike’s muscular yet minimalist cruiser stance.
Up front, the bike features an iconic round LED headlight with a compact lens and die-cast aluminium mount. The Rebel comes with Assist & Slipper clutch to reduce lever effort while enhancing control during aggressive downshift. It is also equipped with dual channel ABS system that boosts rider confidence.
The cockpit features a 100mm speedometer with a negative LCD display and white backlighting. Riders can easily access key information including speed, gear position indicator, and fuel consumption in a clear digital layout that complements the Rebel’s modern-classic character.
The Rebel is available exclusively in Matte Gun Powder Black Metallic at any Honda BigWing dealers starting from end of March with the price of RM33,899.
