Only 46 of these Petronas SRT-branded Ohvale bikes have been made available to order.
Petronas Sepang Racing Team has recently announced that it has collaborated with Italian motorcycle manufacturers Ohvale to bring to life the Petronas SRT Ohvale GP-O Special Edition MiniGP bike. Retailing for €9,600 (RM 48,000), only 46 of these special edition two-wheelers will ever be produced.
Based on the Ohvale GP-0 seen tearing around the track at the FIM MiniGP World Series Championship, these Petronas SRT-branded bikes feature a number of ‘key enhancements and features as well as additional equipment’. The most obvious of which being the green livery that is synonymous with our national petroleum company, that was incidentally supplied by the same suppliers who paint the team’s MotoGP race machines.
Other exterior highlights include carbon-fibre winglets, mudguard and front panel, as well as a custom numbered engraving on its triple clamp top bridge. And speaking of the Petronas SRT MotoGP bikes, this Ohvale homage also features black painted CNC machined parts to further mimic the look of those race-winning two-wheelers.
Now moving onto modifications done under the its liberally liveried skin, these Petronas SRT Ohvales gains an upgraded chassis that allows to better accommodate the more vertically-gifted riders. A fully adjustable suspension setup with Mupo front shocks and Ohlin rear shocks have also been added, along with a new Dell’Orto carburettor and a restyled Arrow exhaust system bolted onto its 160 cc single cylinder.
Just rounding up the technical specs on these limited-run bikes, braking responsibilities are handled by J Juan disk brakes on either end clamping onto 10-inch wheels wrapped around Pirelli Diablo Superbike slick tyres. In terms of tech meanwhile, an Alfano digital dashboard features both Bluetooth connectivity to pair with the riders smartphone and GPS functionality that enables the recording of lap times.
Rather neatly, each of the 46 bikes will come with an exclusive bundle package that consists of bespoke branded tyre warmers, a branded race carpet and a bike cover. According to the company too, a selection of spare parts with a range of sprockets and pinions in a custom containment unit will also be supplied alongside the motorcycle itself.
Pre-orders for these Petronas SRT Ohvale Special Series MiniGP motorcycles are currently open, with the link to the dedicated site available here. For those interested however, it is worth bearing in mind that deliveries for these bikes have only been slated for September.

Created for leisure use on track, the PETRONAS SRT OHVALE Special Series MiniGP is based on the OHVALE 160cc GP-0 model with a number of key enhancements and features as well as additional equipment.
The OHVALE GP-0 is the same bike chosen by DORNA and FIM for the FIM MiniGP World Series Championship. Enhancements for the PSRT version include an upgraded chassis to allow a better fit for taller riders, fully adjustable suspension with Mupo front shocks and Ohlins at the rear, PSRT livery with winglets, Dell’Orto carburetor and a restyled Arrow exhaust system.
Alongside the bike itself, each customer will receive an exclusive package consisting of bespoke branded tyre warmers, a branded race carpet and a bike cover. A selection of spare parts with a range of sprockets and pinions in a custom containment unit is also supplied.
The bike is finished in a limited-edition PETRONAS SRT livery, which is supplied by the same company that paints the team’s MotoGP race machines.
A limited 46 units of the PETRONAS SRT OHVALE Special Series MiniGP motorcycle will be built, each with their chassis number on the TOP bridge, with pre-orders being taken now for delivery from September.
