Honda Malaysia Launches Its ‘1 Million Dreams’ Campaign
Honda Malaysia is celebrating its million sales milestone by giving away 7 new Special Edition cars.
Honda Malaysia has recently launched its ‘1 Million Dreams’ campaign in celebration of its journey in reaching 1 million sales locally, with the main event being the giveaway of seven Special Edition models.
Beginning from the 25th of February and running all the way to the 24th of March, the 7 Special Edition cars that Honda will be giving away as part of this ‘1 Million Dreams Campaign’ consists of the Jazz, City, BR-V, HR-V, Civic, CR-V and Accord. All of which will feature two-tone black and white exterior colour scheme, complemented by flashes of red accents on the front fascia, wing mirrors and even the black-painted alloy wheels
These Special Edition models will also get custom ‘1 Million Dreams’ emblems on both sides of its front fenders, with the same ‘1 Million Dreams’ script appearing embossed leather headrests. On the topic of leather, these 7 cars will feature a leather-wrapped steering wheel with contrast red stitching and centre mark, as well as a Special Edition leather key pouch.
There are a total of six ways to stand a chance to win one of these Special Edition Hondas. These include ‘downloading and signing up for HondaTouch application, playing the 1 Million Dreams Quiz Game at Honda Malaysia’s official website, test driving a Honda car, booking a new Honda car, servicing or repairing a Honda car or registering a new Honda car within the “1 Million Dreams Campaign” period’.
Moreover, according to Honda, there are no limit to the number of entries by any one participant. In fact, the Japanese automaker actively encourages multiple entries, stating that ‘the more entries collected, the higher the chance of winning the Special Edition cars’.
Additionally, if you are a frontliner, your chance of winning one of these Special Edition models goes up. That is because Honda has announced that one of the seven cars in this giveaway will be allocated to these brave men and women, in appreciation of their tireless work throughout this recent pandemic.

Going back to speaking more about this million sales milestone for Honda, it has reached this figure just two years after they’ve announced their 900,000th sale in 2019. That said, this should come as no surprise as it had managed to sell over 60,000 cars in the pandemic-riddled year of 2020. A figure which was enough to see Honda maintain its top-spot as Malaysia’s top-selling non-national automaker for the sixth consecutive year.
Now much of its sales last year was attributed to the immensely successful launch of the new City, which attributed to 37% of the automaker’s total sales locally. That is not to say though that the other models in Honda’s local lineup were flagging, as both the Civic and HR-V also commanded strong sales figures in 2020.
Moreover, seeing as both those aforementioned models are have just been thoroughly refreshed and are slated to arrive here soon enough, it will not be at all surprising to see Honda achieve its 2 millionth sale in Malaysia in record time.

The seven Special Edition models to be given away in the “1 Million Dreams Campaign” are specially designed with unique features, making it a one-of-a-kind model in Malaysia. The cars’ exterior has Dual Tone Exterior, Front Fascia with Red Highlights, Sporty Red Line Side Mirrors, Black Painted Alloy Wheels with Red Highlights as well as 1 Million Dreams Signature Emblem on both front fenders of the cars. These distinctive features further enhance the characteristic and stylishness of each model. The Special Edition cars interior are also fitted with 1 Million Dreams Embossed Leather Headrest for both driver and front passenger seats as well as Leather Steering Wheel with Red Stitching and Center Mark. Each 1 Million Dreams Special Edition model also comes with Special Edition Leather Key Pouch.
