Hap Seng Star Mercedes-Benz Autohaus officially launches in Setia Alam
Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Hap Seng Star have relocated and upgraded their Setia Alam Autohaus. It’s now more luxurious than ever aiming to provide the best retail experience to customers.
The Autohaus has 79,000 sqft of land area with a total of seven floors. The showroom floor alone is 11,526 sqft with 16 cars on display. The rest of the space is occupied by a self-service café, kid’s playroom and a luxurious ladies powder room for an overall exclusive and comfortable experience for customers. It also includes Mercedes-Benz luxury accessories and collection boutique.

Service in the Hap Seng Star Setia Alam Autohaus has also been improved with now over 29,549 sqft of work area. This consists of expandable work bays with a maximum service capacity of 1,500 cars a month. Scheduled service maintenance and major repairs are carried out by trained technicians equipped with complete and approved special tools from Mercedes-Benz. Other service differentiation offerings range from Express Service 2.0, pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting along with insurance and warranty claims.
