Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) has just announced a slight price adjustment for the Tiguan Allspace ‘Life’ SUV, which sees this family friendly vehicle now retailing from RM159,990. This is big price drop from its August 5th 2022 launch price of RM172,990.
The price adjustment takes place with immediate effect and is applicable for deliveries from January 2023 onwards.
As the entry-level model of the series, the Life is packed with the right features to make it a modern SUV. Its virtues as a space giant remain unchanged, with seven-seat configurations that offer up to 1,775 litre of class-leading boot space.
Therefore, the Tiguan Allspace Life, also appeals as a charismatic alternative to all those motorists and families that previously had to rely on a van because of the amount of space required. When the Tiguan Allspace is loaded to roof height up to the seat-backs of the first row, its storage capacity grows.
Meanwhile, the design of the Tiguan Allspace Life is very similar to its siblings. It features a very sleek front grille as well as LED headlamps and taillights. The headlamps also come with an all-weather light system and dynamic cornering for better visibility in harsh climate conditions.
Under the hood, the Life is powered by a 1.4TSI turbocharged engine that is paired with 6-speed DSG to produce 150PS and 250Nm of torque. This combination ensures a pleasurable driving experience whilst providing an efficient fuel consumption of approximately 7.7l/100km.
Safety features in this reduced priced VW Life is maintained and they staill have six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Brake Assist (BA), Multi-collision brakes, Intelligent Crash Response System (ICRS), and Electronic Parking Brake (EPB). Lane Assist and Driver Alert systems.
The Tiguan Allspace Life is supported with three years’ free maintenance, five years unlimited mileage warranty and five years’ roadside assistance.
