Volvo Car Malaysia, the premium car maker, is happy to announce the appointment of Sime Darby Swedish Auto Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Sime Darby Berhad, as its dealer-partner. This news comes and we have a smile on our face as our sister website, www.dsf.my reported this news on May 23rd 2019 with some negative remarks from web trolls saying it was fake news and that Sime Darby will never take up a Volvo dealership when they are strong with the BMW brand in Malaysia.
Sime Darby’s appointment comes as Volvo Car Malaysia aggressively expands its dealership network nationwide to provide more options to its customers, in line with the second phase of the brand’s transformation plan.

Ara Damansara has been chosen to host Sime Darby Swedish Auto’s new 3S Centre (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) and the Volvo Cars retail outlet will be operational in the next couple of months.

There is a good chance that the launch of the all new Volvo S60 sedan and wagon will be just in time for the opening of this brand new premium car showroom in Ara Damansara, before the end of this year.
