Mazda2 Skyactiv for 2020 unveiled
The current generation Mazda2 has been on the market for five years. The model called the Mazda Demio in the homeland sold well in Malaysia and a little later a brother appeared in the sedan bodywork. After just two years, in 2016 the compact was refreshed with the debut on it of the G-Vectoring Control system, alongside a revised exterior and interior.
Newer, however, again in September, the Japanese will sell a new Mazda2 facelift and will no longer have the old name, but will adapt to the global one.
There is a new 16-inch alloy rim model is available with a glossy finish.
Inside the cabin, there are no visible changes at first glance, although the company mentions the installation of completely new front seats, improved sound insulation and finishing materials. Also, according to market needs, finally, the Mazda Connect multimedia system now supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto interfaces.
Also in the interior, it is worth mentioning an electrically adjustable driver seat in six positions and memory, but also an interior rearview mirror that can become automatically opaque to avoid being blind.
Under the hood will be the new SKYACTIV-G petrol engine good for 110bhp. The gearbox will still be an automatic six-speed.
The G-Vectoring Control system has been upgraded.
