Allianz General & BikesRepublic.com Host 1st Malaysian Motorcycle of the Year Awards
The Suzuki GSX-S1000GX was awarded the inaugural Malaysian Motorcycle Of The Year Overall Champion.
Allianz General and BikesRepublic.com have recently partnered up to host the first ever Allianz-BikesRepublic.com Malaysian Motorcycle of the Year (MMOTY) Awards. Allianz General are the title sponsors for this event, with DSF.my to also be a cooperating partner for MMOTY 2025.
A total of 12 motorcycle awards and four industry awards were presented to the winners during MMOTY 2025. This includes the Malaysian Motorcycle Of The Year Overall Champion; Malaysian Motorcycle Personality Of The Year and Kapcai of The Year, among others.
The Malaysian Motorcycle Of The Year Overall Champion went to the Suzuki GSX-S1000GX. Other than that award, Suzuki also picked up the Touring Bike of The Year and Malaysian Motorcycle Personality Of The Year awards.

The MMOTY awards were judged by a panel of distinguished experts and enthusiasts including Keshy Dillon, a motoring journalist with over 18 years over experience in the industry, Datuk Captain Nik Huzlan, organiser of the iconic Rimba Raid, and former actor and motorcycle enthusiast, Jehan Miskin.
