Peugeot Malaysia Now Running Owner Info Update Exercise

Attention Malaysian Peugeot owners, your information is needed by the new distributor.

Calling all existing Malaysian Peugeot owners, your information is currently required by Berjaya Auto Alliance Sdn Bhd (BAASB) as part of an information update exercise conducted by the new sole distributors of the French marque locally.

With the aim to ‘streamline its system to improve the customer ownership experience in the future’, the purpose of this currently ongoing program is to create a more complete and accurate record of existing Peugeot customers. Additionally, the customer information provided allows BAASB to better carry out service reminders, issue recalls, and provide additional news and support for existing owners of these French cars.

To Peugeot owners wishing to update their information, this can be done though the official Malaysian Peugeot website, www.peugeot.com.my. Owners will be required to submit proof of the vehicle registration card, service and warranty booklets.

According to BAASB, all data collected would be protected in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) law of Malaysia.

For more information, customers can either log on to the aforementioned website. Alternately, owners can drop an email to the Peugeot Customer Support at [email protected] or call 03-7627 8818.
