Mitsubishi Connect MY App Updated With More Features
These new features on the Mitsubishi app includes a service status notification and road tax renewal reminders.
Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has recently announced that it has made some enhancements to its Mitsubishi Connect MY mobile application. All of which are in the aim of offering a more comprehensive user experience to its customers, especially during this ongoing pandemic.
To that end therefore, the main highlight for this particular round of updates will be the new service status notification feature that will alert customers when their cars are ready for collection after undergoing routine maintenance. This hence will enables owners to wait for their car to finish servicing at the comfort of their own homes instead of at the showrooms, which is particularly handy in reducing contact with others during this current health crisis.
While on the topic of notifications, users of this updated app will also be notified about upcoming service cost estimation and warranty details for ease of planning. Road tax and insurance renewal reminders too will be provided through the app, to ensure that one’s Mitsubishi is always legal in the eyes of the law.
Now getting back on the topic of maintenance meanwhile, the Mitsubishi Connect MY app already has the functionality built-in previously which enables its users book a service appointment, receive service appointment reminders and check the service histories of their cars. And just in the unfortunate event of a breakdown too, owners can also use the app’s SOS Trace & Track feature to request for roadside assistance.
As for other features available with the app on the other hand, the Mitsubishi Connect MY application can be used to locate the nearest authorised dealership and service centre. Users can also stay up to date with Mitsubishi’s latest local promotions, news, and events, not to mention search for product information and download e-Brouchures through the app too.
