Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Launches Mercedes ‘me’ Store
This new expanded ‘me’ online ‘space’ is ‘live’ right now, offering additional digital products for all its connected vehicles. The Mercedes me connect has been available in Malaysia since December 11th 2019 and there were already some functions like,
- Information about the current vehicle status: fuel level, mileage, parking location and time
- Find parking garages with prices, opening times and occupancy
- “Cockpit”-Mode with live vehicle data, e.g. engine load, oil temperature and average speed
- “Car Health Monitor” for fast support in case of warning lights from the vehicle
- Trip list and refuelling list with export and editing function
- Find, contact and book appointments with Mercedes-Benz Service Partners
- Reminder function for important due dates such as the main inspections
Interestingly, now with shiny new electric vehicles like the EQC 400 4MATIC and the EQS 450+ entering Mercedes-Benz showrooms, the me service is being extended to this high technology connected electric vehicles.

Essential safety and maintenance services ranging from SOS, Roadside Assistance and Accident Management to retrieval of vehicle data will remain complimentary indefinitely.
The store allows customers to purchase selected personalisation offerings that includes future digital services and innovative enhancements that would bring seamless customer experience to live. With the Mercedes me Store, customers now have full flexibility in choosing run-time options for packages that are compatible with their vehicle.
