BMW 530i M Sport Facelift Arrives In Malaysia

The updated 530i M Sport adds a slightly sportier look as well as more interior and safety tech.

BMW Malaysia has recently debut its facelifted 530i M Sport. Launching alongside its updated PHEV 530e M Sport sibling, this purely petrol counterpart is slightly more expensive but brings with it more a number of additional niceties.

And just to differentiate it from its PHEV counterpart, the purely-petrol 5-er here comes with aluminium exterior accents as part of the BMW Individual Exterior Line Aluminium Satinated package and BMW Laserlight headlights, as opposed to the black trim pieces and simpler Adaptive LED Matrix headlights of the 530e.

Now moving on inside, the central infotainment touchscreen of the updated 530i M Sport has been enlarged to be the same size as its 12.3-inch digital drivers display. The twin screen layout has also been updated to run BMW Operating System 7, and comes standard with BMW Live Cockpit Professional which adds navigation, the BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant, two USB ports, 4G LTE connectivity and over-the-air update functionality.
