EON Opens First Body & Paint Hub in Glenmarie, Shah Alam

Edaran Otomobil Nasional Berhad (EON) has opened its first Body & Paint Hub in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, expanding its aftersales services beyond vehicle sales. The new facility provides accident repairs, body restoration and paint refinishing for customers across several automotive brands.
The hub supports EON’s multi-brand operations, covering Proton, Mitsubishi, Audi and smart electric vehicles. Proton e.MAS is also expected to join the facility’s portfolio soon. This allows EON to provide vehicle repair and restoration services across its growing range of brands.
The opening marks another step in EON’s efforts to strengthen its aftersales capabilities. The company aims to provide customers with a more convenient way to handle vehicle repairs while maintaining safety, quality and appearance standards.
41,508-Square-Foot Repair Facility
The new Body & Paint Hub spans 41,508 square feet, making it one of the largest facilities of its kind in Malaysia. It features 39 bays, three paint mixing rooms and four spray booths.
The facility is equipped with modern repair technology and supported by trained professional staff. These resources allow the hub to handle various vehicle repair and restoration requirements, including accident damage and paint refinishing.
EON has also confirmed that the hub accepts accident repair claims from all insurance companies in Malaysia. This gives customers greater flexibility when arranging repairs following an accident, regardless of their insurer.
By bringing these services together under one roof, EON aims to simplify the repair process for customers. The facility also expands the company’s aftersales support beyond routine servicing and maintenance.
More Body & Paint Hubs Planned
EON is exploring opportunities to expand its Body & Paint Hub network, with further locations under consideration. The company plans to focus on strategic areas where it already has an established multi-brand presence.
This approach would allow EON to build on its existing operations while improving access to professional repair services. Future facilities could also extend its support to customers across more of its automotive brands.
The Glenmarie hub forms part of EON’s broader efforts to develop its aftersales ecosystem. The company has more than four decades of experience serving Malaysian motorists and continues to expand its vehicle ownership services.
With its first dedicated Body & Paint Hub now open, EON is adding another service option for customers who require accident repairs and vehicle restoration. Further expansion will depend on the company’s plans for suitable locations across its network.
