JETOUR G700 Ark Edition Demonstrates Amphibious Capabilities During Technology Event

JETOUR demonstrated the G700 Ark Edition’s amphibious capabilities during its 2026 Global Technology Experience Day. The vehicle completed an emergency navigation trial at the brand’s dedicated G Series testing facility before global media members took part in driving demonstrations.
The trial showcased the G700 Ark Edition’s ability to navigate on water using GAIA Ark Tech. The technology forms part of JETOUR G Series’ all-terrain mobility system, designed for applications including emergency rescue, outdoor exploration and demanding field operations.

GAIA Ark Tech Enables Water Navigation
GAIA Ark Tech combines several systems to support controlled movement on water. These include a comprehensive sealing system, an intelligent navigation stability system and an 800V water-fording system integrated with the CEM-O Amphibious Range-Extender.
When navigation mode activates, the powertrain redirects energy to the dedicated water-fording system. This allows the vehicle to move forward and maintain directional control on water.
Key components also feature IP68-rated protection. Together, these technologies aim to extend the vehicle’s capabilities beyond conventional off-road driving and water fording.
The system is intended to support mobility in challenging environments, including situations that require emergency response or specialised outdoor operations.

Shares Core Architecture With Standard G700
The G700 Ark Edition shares the same GAIA all-terrain intelligent architecture as the standard G700. Both models use a common core technology foundation and follow consistent quality standards.
With GAIA Ark Tech, the Ark Edition combines off-road driving with controlled water navigation. This expands its intended operating range across land and water.
JETOUR G Series said the technology development process involves practical engineering and real-world testing. The media driving sessions also allowed participants to experience the vehicle’s capabilities directly.
The company plans to continue developing all-terrain mobility technologies for different travel requirements and specialised applications. However, the announcement did not provide detailed performance figures, water-navigation limits or pricing for the G700 Ark Edition.
