Automechanika ‘Lovers’ Programme Surpasses 2,500 Companies Worldwide

Automechanika’s international ‘Lovers’ customer programme has grown to more than 2,500 companies, with exhibitors across its global network now holding Blue, Silver or Gold status

At Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, 51 companies currently holding Gold status were recognised at a reception held at the exhibition centre. The exhibitors were personally honoured for their continued participation in Automechanika trade fairs around the world

Michael Johannes, Vice President Mobility & Logistics and Brand Manager at Automechanika, presented personalised awards to the Gold-status exhibitors during the event. The reception also included an overview of the next programme cycle, covering 2026–2028, including the benefits available to participating companies

The event also provided an opportunity for Gold-status exhibitors to meet with the international Automechanika team and other companies involved in the programme

Three Membership Levels

The Automechanika ‘Lovers’ programme was launched in September 2022 as a pilot initiative for exhibitors participating in Automechanika trade fairs worldwide

It now includes 1,860 Blue Lovers, 567 Silver Lovers and 166 Gold Lovers, bringing the total to more than 2,500 participating companies

At Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 alone, 636 ‘Lovers’ are exhibiting. Depending on their membership level, participants receive a range of marketing and other services before, during and after trade fairs

These benefits include increased visibility through Automechanika’s various channels, along with discounts on branding and sponsorship packages

The programme is designed to encourage companies that exhibit at multiple Automechanika events to maintain a long-term relationship with the trade-fair network while supporting their activities across different regional markets

Sarah Lindsey, Director of Business Development at Messe Frankfurt, said the programme allows Automechanika to support exhibitors that operate internationally while maintaining regular communication with them

Programme Expands For 2026–2028

The next programme cycle will expand the services offered across all three membership levels. Rather than focusing only on benefits connected to trade-fair participation, Automechanika plans to introduce services that provide more practical value to exhibitors throughout the year

As a result, the ‘Lovers’ programme is set to develop into a year-round customer offering, extending its role beyond individual Automechanika events

The expansion comes as the programme continues to attract companies using Automechanika’s international trade-fair network to reach new markets and maintain connections with customers and industry partners across different regions
