This new location in Sarawak brings the total number of Mitsubishi 4S centres in Malaysia to 8.
Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) has recently announced that it has since open a new 4S centre in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak, operated by authorised dealer Auto Pacifica Sdn Bhd. This is incidentally to be the tri-diamond marque’s second 4S (Sales, Service & Spare Parts, Body & Paint) centre in Sarawak, in addition to being the 8th of such kind nationwide in Malaysia to date.
This new 4S centre is located at Lot 4168, Block 24, Jalan Datuk Mohd Musa, 94300 Kota Samarahan, with its showroom positioned along the main road connecting Kota Samarahan to Kuching.
Spanning an impressive 21,700 square feet, the facility is designed to provide a comprehensive and comfortable experience for customers. It features a cozy lounge with Wi-Fi, a kid’s corner, and a service centre equipped with multiple service bays and a body and paint facility.
“As MMM introduces new Mitsubishi Motors models in Malaysia, our goal is to enhance customer convenience by expanding our network of showrooms and service centers. The opening of this new showroom in Kota Samarahan is a strategic step towards reaching untapped locations and extending our services to a broader audience,” said Shinya Ikeda, Chief Executive Officer of MMM.

The tri-diamond marque has been steadily increasing its presence in East Malaysia, with 16 showrooms and counting across Sarawak and Sabah. Mitsubishi’s local lineup consists of the newly-introduced all-new Triton pickup, as well as the recently faceilifted Xpander MPV.
