This free service maintenance promotion is applicable to all Peugeot models, but is only available for a limited time only.
In a bid to further add value to the overall ownership experience (and likely to better compete with the generous aftersales packages offered by all the up-and-coming Chinese marques), Peugeot Malaysia has recently announced that it is currently offering 5-year free service maintenance package to go with any new model purchase this September.
Effective from the 1st of this month, this limited-time half-decade free maintenance promotion is currently extended to all of the French lion marque’s current new offerings locally. Peugeot’s Malaysian lineup presently consists of the 408, 2008, 3008, 5008 and Landtrek pickup.
But just before anyone gets too excited about this deal, it is nevertheless worth highlighting the fine print of this 5-year free maintenance promo offer here that currently covers only parts costs for a total of 10 services over said five years, with customers therefore needing to cover the labour costs associated with each service. Peugeot presently stipulates that its maintenance schedule is based on a service interval of every 10,000 kilometres or every six months, whichever comes first.
In any case, this special free maintenance offer is currently available at all authorised Peugeot dealerships nationwide, and complements the 7-year/200,000 km vehicle warranty offered by the French lion marque on all of its new models (bar the Landtrek) locally. The aforementioned vehicle warranty consists of a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, and then an additional 4-year extended warranty that mirrors the manufacturer’s warranty.
