This collaboration aims to expand on the existing 5 Lim Tayar-operated Shell Helix service centres within Klang Valley.
Shell Malaysia has recently announced that it will further enhance its business partnership with Lim Tayar in order to expand its service centre footprint nationwide. According to the fuel provider, it aims to grow from the current 5 existing Shell Helix service centres within the Klang Valley region, to over 30 establishments throughout the country by 2025.
The current 5 Shell Helix service centres are operational at Shell Bangi 1, Shell Jalan 222 Petaling Jaya, Shell Jalan Cheras BT 12 1/2, Shell Jalan Cheras Batu 4 and Shell Bandar Sri Damansara 3. Malaysians meanwhile can anticipate the opening of another 5 new Lim Tayar-operated outlets by the end of this year, located at Jalan Gasing PJ, SH Persiaran Sultan Ibrahim, Shell Shah Alam Seksyen 16, Shell Jalan Ampang KL Bound and Shell Salak South.

When servicing their car at a Shell Helix Service Centre, customers can entrust their vehicles to a team of professionally trained mechanics that have attained a certification of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3. Vehicle owners can also expect that their pride and joy only be serviced with genuine, high-quality parts as well as Shell engine lubricants.
What more too is that every maintenance regiment carried out at these service centre will include a comprehensive and more importantly complimentary 17-point vehicle inspection, in order to ensure that all vehicles leaving the establishment are in tip-top order. The meticulous inspection spans across interim and full servicing aspects, and encompasses critical elements like brake fluid, spark plugs, battery, tyres, transmission fluid and a host of other essential safety-related evaluations.
