Unitedstar Corporation has upgraded its PJ Toyota outlet to broaden its range of services offered.
A new Toyota 3S centre has now open its doors in the Petaling Jaya area. Unitedstar Corporation Sdn. Bhd. has upgraded its Taman Mayang dealership to attain a ‘3S’ status. Meaning that they now can offer both sales and aftersales services.
Once only a sales dealership, this new 3S outlet in the heart of PJ will feature a fully equipped service centre with 10 available bays. 20 personnel will also be on staff to care for any of your Toyota-related servicing and repair needs at this new service location.
Open 7 days a week from 8 am to 5.30 pm, this new Toyota 3S centre, which encompasses sales, service and spare parts, will be a boon to Toyota customers living around the PJ area who now will not have to travel far to service their Japanese cars. Prospective Toyota buyers will also have a more convenient location to pick out their new car.
Based on the pictures, there are 4 bays that span the three-shoplot sized outlet reserved for reception purposes. This means that service customers will most likely have a place to park regardless of time of service.
Moving inside, the customer waiting area seems to be located on the second floor, in addition to being larger than most waiting areas in dealerships. Flat screen televisions and ample seating area will certainly keep customers entertained and comfortable. An adequately equipped refreshments counter as seen in the pictures is a bonus for customers awaiting their service to be completed.
All in all, this new Toyota 3S centre seems to be in keeping with Toyota’s ‘Customer First’ philosophy. No word yet on the customer service, but on the facilities front, customers should be well catered for in this new outlet.
Unitedstar Corporation currently has three Toyota dealerships under its command. The first being a sales showroom in Aman Suria, Damansara back in 2005, before expanding to a 3S centre in Taman Nilai Perdana, Seremban in 2019, and finally this newly upgraded 3S centre in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
