Honda Malaysia has just announced the launch of the all-new Odyssey. This new Odyssey is fully built in Japan and will be coming to Malaysia via export. It sits at a comfortable price of RM275,311.
The Honda Odyssey has always been one of the best-selling MPV’s in the car market. Just like all its predecessors, the new 2022 Odyssey still remains a comfortable and spacious 7-seater, perfect for a large family. Since its release in Malaysia, Honda Malaysia has sold 2,000 units of the Odyssey.
This all-new Honda Odyssey is the 2nd facelift of the fifth generation Odyssey. It maintains its original DNA while still bearing some upgrades. The new Odyssey features a new front grille, new LED headlights with position lights and a new front bumper. Completing the design are new tail lights and rear bumper design paired with 17-inch alloy-wheels.
The interior of this new facelift also got a lot of love. It features a new dashboard design to make space for a new storage compartment while still maintaining enough space for standard features. Those features include a new 7-inch display which provides car information, a new 8-inch advanced display audio, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity and a hands-free power tailgate with a kick motion detector for easy access to its cargo.
The new Odyssey also offers the ideal environment for families or executives with the versatility in its seats. The MPV features a leather interior with Captain Cradle Seat and Ottoman fitted on its second row of seats. The seats can be folded in many ways to accommodate to the passenger’s needs.
Just like most new Honda’s, the new Odyssey comes with Honda SENSING as standard which includes a large variety of advanced safety features. They include, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Forward Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Keep Assist System (LKAS), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM), Lane Departure Warning (LDW) and Auto High Beam (AHB).
The new Odyssey facelift is available in three color options: Platinum White Pearl, Premium Twinkle Black Pearl and Super Platinum Metallic.
