With the recent surge of new SUVs launched in Malaysia, Michelin has released the all-new Michelin Primacy SUV+ tyre to accommodate the needs of those new SUV owners. The Michelin Primacy SUV+’ tyre is the perfect tyre for all kinds of road conditions. It also utilizes many Michelin technologies that make it better than its predecessors.
Starting with the Michelin Premium Touch, this brand-new Michelin technology included in the Michelin Primacy SUV+ tyre gives it a more aesthetically pleasing look with velvet-like micro textures. Next, the tyre features MaxTouch Construction which optimizes the contact patch for longer use of the tyre. The higher silica loading and functionalized polymer also offers great breaking performance albeit dry or wet surface without compromising mileage nor rolling resistance.
The tyre also has a U-shape groove design to further improve the tyres safety on wet roads even when the tyre is worn. Additional features like the chamfered tread block prevents tread block from distorting under pressure as well as StabiliGrip sipe for better wet and dry braking performance.

The Michelin Primacy SUV+ includes brand-new technological features such as:

According to test results, on wet roads, when compared to its main competitors, the Michelin Primacy SUV+ stops 3.3 meters shorter when new, and 4.2 meters shorter when worn.
