Mitsubishi Showrooms and Service Centres are Operational    

If you have just bought a new Triton recently, you probably need your first or maybe even your second service and since this week, their service centers nationwide have been opened back for business. Well, if you need to buy a new Triton you can visit their nationwide showrooms as they have also opened back their doors ready to serve you.

PRESS RELEASE: Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia, has already started operating majority of its showrooms and service centres from 4 May 2020.

Customers are advised to call in advance to check on the operating days and hours of the showrooms and service centres, as well as to secure a prior appointment.

In view of this, MMM and its authorized dealers are fully committed to actively provide customers with the best safety measures correlated to the COVID-19 pandemic. Several precaution guidelines will be implemented to keep Mitsubishi outlets a safe place for all customers and staffs.

In MMM’s nationwide showroom, stringent hygiene practices of the following will be taken place:

  • Temperature check for all before entry.
  • Hand sanitizers will be offered at the entrance of the showroom.
  • All staff and customers are strongly recommended to wear a face mask in the showroom premises.
  • Social distancing will be observed.
  • Frequent sanitization of showroom facilities.
  • Frequent sanitization of display and test-drive vehicles.

Mitsubishi Triton X Adventure 2019

For Mitsubishi owners who visit the service centres to service their vehicles, the following will also be observed:

  • By appointment basis only, no walk-ins are allowed.
  • Customers are encouraged to leave vehicles at the service centre and return for collection when the car is ready.
  • Vehicle seat and steering are covered during service. The covers will then be disposed after the service, and before handing the vehicle back to its owner.
  • Vehicles will be sanitized thoroughly before handing over to the customer.

MMM Sales Network and Others 

Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia (MMM) is ranked number one in J.D. Power 2019 Malaysia Customer Service Index (CSI) Mass Market Study. This is the second consecutive year for MMM to be ranked at number one and remained in the top three positions for five consecutive years.

MMM is also ranked top two in the recent 2019 J.D. Power Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study. These results were based on car owners who were selected independently and not recommended by any car company. The owners were also assessed for suitability for the study.

MMM is now represented by 50 showrooms (out of which 45 are 3S Centres) and 51 service outlets throughout Malaysia.  In East Malaysia, MMM is represented by 15 showrooms (7 in Sarawak and 8 in Sabah).

The Triton 4×4 pick-up truck are imported as CBU (Completely Built-Up) units from Thailand while  the ASX Compact SUV and Outlander are locally assembled (CKD) in Malaysia.
