Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia Among Top JLR Retailers Once Again

Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia has once again won the Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) award. 

While they may have not been cracking any sales awards relative to its other luxury rivals over here in Malaysia, Jaguar Land Rover Malaysia (JLRM) could nevertheless hold their head up high as it has recently once again been bestowed with the esteemed Retailer of the Year (Asia Pacific) award at the Jaguar Land Rover Retailer Awards 2022/2023. 

The third consecutive year and fourth time overall for JLRM to be winning this award, the local distributor of these British marques states for it to remain resolute in its mission to set new benchmarks for excellence in the automotive industry. The company further claims it is poised to continue ensuring that customers’ expectations are consistently exceeded, from high levels of customer-centric services to cutting-edge vehicles. 

Recognising top Jaguar Land Rover retailers from across the region, the annual Retailer of the Year Award sets a benchmark for retailers to adhere to the highest standards in delivering exceptional retail customer experiences. Nominees for this award assessed against specific performance criteria in three distinct categories: marketing, sales, and customer service, as well as staff training and retailer presentation.
