It was reported that the SAIC MG 07 debuted at the Chengdu Auto Show on August 21 and has secured over 42,000 firm orders within 20 days of its launch.
The model reached 10,000 firm orders in just 1 minute and 57 seconds after its market debut—significantly faster than the MG4 in 2025, which took 39 minutes and 37 seconds to achieve the same milestone.
The MG 07 is currently available with a limited-time subsidized starting price of RMB 105,900. The limited-time pricing for each variant is as follows: –

The vehicle measures 4,886 mm in length, 1,900 mm in width, and 1,485 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,825 mm. It features a 168L KK automatic front trunk, a 697L electric-powered rear trunk, and an additional 109L underfloor storage space.
The cabin offers full-seat ventilation, heating, and massage functions, a full-glass electrochromic panoramic sunroof, a “Queen’s Multi-functional Vanity Station,” a zero-gravity passenger seat, and a 7.1.4-channel audio system with 21 speakers.
The infotainment system is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip and includes a 15.6-inch 2.5K central display, supporting 3D Moli real-time interactive environments and full-scenario smartphone-vehicle connectivity.
The MG 07 is the first model to feature Momenta’s R7 World Model and the Xheart X7 large-model dedicated chip. It also comes equipped with mCDC intelligent electromagnetic suspension capable of 200 adjustments per second and AI-based preview functionality that can detect road conditions at distances between 15 and 150 meters.
In terms of powertrain, the all-electric variants are built on an 800V high-voltage platform, offering a maximum CLTC range of 845 km, 0–100 km/h acceleration in the 5-second range, and support for 5C ultra-fast charging.
The hybrid version combines a DMH all-domain super-hybrid motor (207 hp), a 1.5L hybrid-specific engine, and CATL LFP batteries, delivering a CLTC pure-electric range of 245 km and a combined range of 1,745 km.
The motor delivers a peak output of 152 kW and 302 N·m of torque, while the engine produces a maximum of 82 kW and 135 N·m of torque. Both hybrid and all-electric versions are offered in Morrello Purple, Milia Pink, Salt Lake White, Oxford Blue, Notting Grey, and California Blue exterior colors.
