The World’s First-Ever iCaur Showroom Opens In Glenmarie

The first model that is set to launch locally will be the boxy all-electric iCaur 03 SUV.
Following its brand debut at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025 this past May, iCaur Malaysia has wasted no time ramping up its presence in the country with the opening of its very first local dealership in Glenmarie. This outlet incidentally also marks the world’s first-ever iCaur showroom, a milestone that underscores the fledgling brand’s global ambitions as it heads toward the official launch of its debut model: the iCaur 03 SUV.
Managed by Absolute Motor Sdn Bhd, the Glenmarie dealership spans 18,912 square feet and is designed as a lifestyle hub to deliver a more vibrant ownership experience. Facilities include a five-car display showroom, a dedicated customer lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee and pastries, a delivery bay, and two private EV charging bays.
What sets this dealership apart from the norm, however, is the inclusion of the iCaur Arcade — a gaming zone for customers and visitors that perfectly reflects the brand’s “Born to Play” ethos.
On the after-sales side, iCaur Glenmarie is equally comprehensive. The facility features three service bays alongside a dedicated customisation bay, supported by a specialised workshop with the capacity to service up to 300 vehicles a month. A team of 30 highly trained staff will be on hand to support customers, ensuring that every stage of ownership is seamless and enjoyable.
At the showroom’s launch, iCaur Malaysia Vice President Emily Lek said, “In under four months since our debut at the Malaysian Autoshow 2025, iCAUR has stamped an indelible mark in Malaysia, delivering a simple yet profound message — Born to Play. iCaur Glenmarie reflects that spirit, standing as the first dealership not only in Malaysia but in the world, and setting the tone for a brand that appeals to individuality and self-expression, delivered through capable, tech-forward vehicles and a complementary ecosystem that encourages adventure every step of the way.”
Absolute Motor Managing Director Andy Yap echoed this sentiment, emphasising that the company’s commitment to launching the first iCaur showroom demonstrates its strong belief in the brand’s vision of sustainable mobility, underpinned by standout design and robust engineering.
By mid-September, iCaur Malaysia is expected to establish 18 sales points and nine full-fledged dealerships nationwide, with Absolute Motor also planning to expand its footprint further in the coming months.
Just to finish off with a few notes on its debut model here, the all-electric iCaur 03 SUV is set to officially launch in Malaysia on 9 September 2025. This boxy lifestyle-focused EV will be priced between RM 145,000 and RM 155,000, with pre-orders now open via a fully refundable booking fee of RM1,000.
Two powertrain options will be available: a 2WD with a 135 kW motor and 426 km range, or an Intelligent Wheel Drive (iWD) dual-motor setup producing 279 PS with a 418 km range. Both support up to 80 kW DC fast charging, allowing a 30–80% top-up in about 30 minutes, alongside 6.6 kW AC charging and a 3.3 kW vehicle-to-load (V2L) function for powering external devices.
Full Malaysian specifications will be confirmed at its imminent launch, but highlights already revealed include the iRoad suite with up to six drive modes, a 15.6-inch central infotainment screen, a 9.2-inch digital cluster, and a 12-speaker Infinity audio system. A Level 2.5 ADAS package with lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and traffic jam assist will also come as standard.
