Tesla Malaysia Opens New Experience Centre At Mid Valley Megamall

To deliver sales and after-sales services, charging support directly to customers

Tesla Malaysia has opened a new Experience Centre at Mid Valley Megamall, expanding its retail presence and giving customers another location to explore its vehicles, learn about its technology and access sales and after-sales support.

Located at G-001 & G[E]-011, Mid Valley Megamall, the new centre is next to the link between Mid. Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall. It becomes Tesla’s seventh experience location in Malaysia

The new location allows visitors to view, experience and configure Tesla vehicles, while also learning more about the ownership experience. The current Malaysian line-up includes the Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L.

Tesla Model Y

The Model 3 is described by Tesla as Malaysia’s best-selling electric sedan, while the Model Y is the world’s best-selling electric SUV. The Model Y L is positioned as a six-seat family SUV.

Tesla also highlighted the safety ratings achieved by the Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L from organisations including NHTSA and IIHS in the US, Euro NCAP in Europe, ANCAP in Australia and New Zealand, and C-IASI in China.

In August 2026, Tesla said the Model 3 was Malaysia’s best-selling electric sedan and best-selling imported-brand EV, while the Model Y was the best-selling imported-brand electric SUV.

The new Experience Centre is also supported by Tesla’s charging network. Four V4 Superchargers are located at Floor B1, Zone B of The Gardens Mall, providing charging speeds of up to 250 kW. Tesla says the Model 3 and Model Y can add up to around 311 km of range in as little as 15 minutes.

Tesla currently operates 21 Supercharging stations with 92 Superchargers and 18 Destination Charging locations with 78 chargers across Malaysia. Six additional charging stations are planned by the end of 2026 in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Seremban and Penang.

For buyers, Tesla Malaysia is currently offering limited incentives for the Model 3 and Model Y. Customers can choose either a complimentary Wall Connector or 3,000 km of Supercharging credits, subject to terms and conditions.

The Model 3 starts from RM149,000, with monthly payments from RM1,148, while the Model Y starts from RM198,000, with monthly payments from RM1,488.

Customers may also qualify for either a RM13,000 trade-in rebate or a low-interest fixed-rate programme starting from 0.88%.

Tesla continues to offer its Refer and Earn programme for the Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L, with rewards including Supercharging credits and software upgrades.
