Tesla Cybercab Malaysia Tour Starts on 29 October Across Four Locations

Tesla Malaysia is bringing its Cybercab to the public for the first time through a nationwide tour running from 29 October to 22 November 2026. The tour will visit four locations across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Penang.

The Cybercab is Tesla’s fully autonomous two-seater designed for its Robotaxi service. It features no steering wheel, pedals or side mirrors, with the cabin designed around a driverless passenger experience.

Tesla says the Cybercab builds on technology already found in the Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L. This includes vehicle-to-app connectivity, Full Self-Driving hardware, user profile customisation and over-the-air software updates.

The tour will begin at Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur from 29 October to 1 November. It will then move to Sunway Square Mall in Selangor from 3 to 9 November.

The third stop will be Pavilion Damansara Heights in Kuala Lumpur from 10 to 11 November. The final stop is Gurney Plaza in Penang, running from 13 to 22 November.

Guided Cybercab Walkthroughs

Tesla will organise guided walkthrough sessions every hour at each location. Tesla specialists will introduce visitors to the Cybercab’s design, interior and underlying technology.

Visitors can register for the sessions through Tesla Malaysia’s event website. However, places are limited and advance registration is encouraged.

Participants who complete a guided walkthrough or test drive of the Model 3, Model Y or Model Y L will receive a mystery gift, while stocks last.

The company plans to open six additional charging sites by the end of 2026. These will cover Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Seremban and Penang.

Tesla Purchase Incentives

During the Cybercab tour, visitors can also explore current Tesla purchase incentives.

The Model 3 is eligible for fixed interest rates starting from 0% or trade-in rebates of up to RM10,000. The Model Y offers the same starting interest rate or a trade-in rebate of RM15,000.

Tesla’s Refer and Earn programme also remains available for the Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L. Qualifying referrals give new buyers RM1,000 off their purchase, while existing owners receive RM500 in Tesla Credits.

The credits can be redeemed for selected rewards, including Supercharging credits and software upgrades.
