Renault Offering Up To 90% Off Spare Parts In Malaysia

These great deals on parts are from Renault Malaysia’s Mega Parts Clearance Campaign. 

Renault owners rejoice! The possibility of finding rare parts for your French fancy may soon be at an end. What more is that one might even enjoy some significant savings of up to 90% on these spares, that are presumably not easy to find locally. This is all because the Renault Mega Parts Clearance Campaign that is currently ongoing. 

Organised by TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the sole distributor of Renault vehicles in Malaysia, owners of older Renault models are offering a wide range of parts at some heavily cut-down prices as part of this ongoing promotion. The spare parts currently on offer are applicable for the following models: 

  • Kangoo
  • Captur (2015) 
  • Scenic
  • Koleos (2014)
  • Fluence
  • Megane (2012 and earlier)
  • Megane R.S. (R.S 26, R.S. 250, R.S. 265, R.S. 275)
  • Clio
  • Clio IV R.S.
  • Espace III
  • Espace IV
  • Laguna III

The full list of parts available could be obtained through the official Renault Malaysia site. Alternately, the Renault Store on Shopee also contains the complete spares list. Moreover, purchases of said spares could also be done through its Shopee store too. That said, buyers are also free to purchase the parts by walking into any of the Renault service centres nationwide. 

Speaking of Renault service centres, customers who choose to replace or install these parts purchases at any authorised Renault service centres in Malaysia are to be rewarded with up to 30% off labour charges. 

Though customers might just want to go the distance to the Renault Petaling Jaya Service Centre. As not only is this particular branch offering a free inspection and a free car wash, labour charges at this sole authorised location is slashed by half instead of the 30% offered elsewhere. Adding to that, Maybank credit card holders will also get to enjoy a zero percent instalment plan via the Ezy Payment Scheme at this particular Renault outlet, on condition of a minimum spend of RM500.

This parts discount bonanza began on the 1st of November and will carry on till the 31st of December. The stock of parts however are limited, so to Renault owners seeking for a good deal on some elusive spares, there is no time better than the present. 

PRESS RELEASE: TC Euro Cars (TCEC), the sole franchise holder of Renault vehicles in Malaysia, today announced a mega parts clearance campaign offering up to 90 percent savings on selected parts for selected vehicles starting 1 November till 31 December 2020 or while stock lasts.

On top of the special offer on parts, customers who choose to replace or install the purchased parts at Renault authorised service centres will receive the following benefits:

  • Fifty percent (50%) discount on labour charges, free inspection and free car wash at the Renault Petaling Jaya Service Centre
  • Alternatively, up to 30 percent (30%) off labour charges at all other Renault service centres and free inspection 

Additionally, exclusively only at the PJ service centre, customers who are Maybank credit card holders will enjoy a zero percent instalment plan with a minimum spend of RM500 via the Ezy Payment Scheme.

Applicable models include the Kangoo, 2015 Captur, Scenic, 2014 Koleos, Fluence, Megane (2012 and earlier), Megane R.S. (R.S 26, R.S. 250, R.S. 265, R.S. 275), Clio, Clio IV R.S., Espace III, Espace IV and Laguna III.

There are two main platforms for customers to purchase the parts – Renault Service Centres or the Renault Store on Shopee.

Customers can first visit the Renault website to browse through the parts lists by models and submit a request for the parts to check on availability before finalising the purchase. To visit the campaign page, click here. 

Customers who prefer to shop at the Renault Store on Shopee can check out the list of selected parts available here. Limited parts are available and on a first come, first served basis.

Alternatively, customers can also choose to walk-in to purchase their parts. However, they will need to first book an appointment at their preferred service centre through Renault E-Store to confirm the parts availability as parts are limited. This also helps ensure proper SOPs are observed given the on-going pandemic.

Upon confirmation of their purchase, the Renault aftersales team will arrange delivery of the parts to the customer’s preferred delivery address. Delivery charges will apply.
