Alongside the recent reveal of the plug-in hybrid GLC 300e 4MATIC Coupe, Mercedes-Benz has also updated another one of their SUV’s, the Mercedes-Benz-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC. Similar to the GLC model, this updated AMG will also be eligible for the sales tax exemption discount which ends this June 30th 2022. There is a total of around RM13,000 to be saved from this discount.
First launched in September 2020, the Mercedes-Benz-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC has now been updated with several new features. It is now equipped with Parking package with 360-degree camera, head up display, AMG Performance steering wheel in nappa leather with AMG steering buttons and MBUX Interior Assistant to enhance driving experience. These are also similar to the features seen on the GLC 300e Coupe.
With all these new features, the original price of the Mercedes-Benz-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC has been bumped up. It went from RM363,136.52 to RM392,582.31 now if the booking is made before June 30 2022. If this sales tax discount window is missed, you will be paying the full price of RM405,888.00.
In case you were wondering, all the standard features from the previous model are still available. They include AMG-specific radiator grille, AMG rear apron, AMG dynamic spoiler lip, AMG roof spoiler, 20″ AMG 5-twin spoke light alloy wheels in tantalite grey with high-sheen finish, AMG high-performance braking system with silver brake callipers and black AMG lettering.
Other notable features like the black ARTICO man-made leather/DINAMICA microfibre and design red seat belts, Light and Sights package, 5 AMG DYNAMIC SELECT drive modes are also available.
