Jaecoo Lands In Klang Valley With Flagship Glenmarie 3S Outlet

This Glenmarie 3S centre is to be the first of 34 other Jaecoo outlets opening locally in the coming months. 

While its debut model in the form of the J7 SUV is still to be a few weeks away from its official local launch date on the 19th of July, Jaecoo Malaysia is nevertheless already preparing itself in better catering to its prospective customers by recently officiating the launch of its first ever dealership over here. 

Located in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, this premiere outlet is to be operated by ES Premium Holdings Sdn Bhd, and is apparently to be the first of 35 new Jaecoo dealerships that will be opening in Malaysia in the coming months. 

This Jaecoo Glenmarie 3S outlet has a built-up size of 23,000 sq ft with a land size of 40,000 sq ft, and houses sales, after-sales service as well service parts storage conveniently under one roof. Upon entry, customers will be greeted by a spacious Super Walkway with a capacity to showcase up to seven display models extending from the ground floor to the first floor.

The use of interactive LED displays meanwhile invites customers to browse vehicle specifications at their own pace, with the experience then further complemented by the presence of professionally trained sales advisors on hand to address customer enquiries and arrange for test drives. Currently, customers can experience the Jaecoo J7 All-wheel drive (AWD) and two-wheel drive (2WD) variants on display.

Envisioning an average of 300 visitors a month, this dealership has integrated creature comforts such as a cosy customer lounge complete with a dedicated coffee and tea bar, high-speed internet connectivity, and prayer rooms. Another highlight of the facility is its delivery lounge, which is apparently designed to embody the ‘From Classic, Beyond Classic’ DNA of the Jaecoo brand.

As for when it comes to the business of after-sales on the other hand, Jaecoo is currently touting for its customers to the ES Premium’s Glenmarie 3S centre to expect a seamless after-sales experience coordinated by dedicated service managers and highly trained technicians working in a state-of-the-art facility. Peace of mind for every owner is further rooted in the brand’s secured supply chain backed by a well-stocked spare parts warehouse utilising only genuine parts, asserts the automaker.

Jaecoo is further proudly proclaiming that this Glenmarie outlet will have an output capacity of servicing over 500 vehicles every month, thanks in large part to the facility being powered by highly trained technicians and fully equipped service bays with top-of-the-line tools. It also highlighted that this 3S centre features a dedicated EV maintenance bay, hinting at the electrified and electrifying offerings that is to come from the automaker in the near future.

Upon the official launch of all 35 dealerships, the Jaecoo service network will comprise of approximately 180 service bays nationwide. Jaecoo Malaysia’s network of dealerships is supported by a dedicated auto parts warehouse and a production plant recently launched in Shah Alam.

The Jaecoo 3S Glenmarie dealership is located at No. 2D, Jalan Pelukis U1/46, Temasya Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor. Opening hours for its showroom are to be between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm from Monday to Sunday, as well as public holidays.
