UMW Toyota Motor Introduces Mobili-T Assist and Move Your World Rewards
UMW Toyota Motor (UMWT) has introduced two new customer initiatives, Mobili-T Assist and Move Your World Rewards, aimed at adding value to Toyota ownership in Malaysia.
Mobili-T Assist provides eligible Toyota Insurance Package (TIP) customers with access to a complimentary courtesy car. The benefit is intended to help customers maintain their mobility while their vehicles undergo repairs.
The introduction also makes TIP one of the first car insurance plans in Malaysia to offer a complimentary courtesy car benefit.
The Toyota Insurance Package includes several other ownership benefits. These include No Betterment charges for vehicles up to 12 years old, allowing eligible customers to use Toyota Genuine Parts for insurance claims without additional betterment costs.
TIP also provides Agreed Value coverage for vehicles up to 15 years old. This includes a 100% payout of the insured sum in the event of total loss or theft. Other benefits include Toyota 24/7 Road Assist Service and claim assessments and approvals within 24 hours for complete submissions, subject to policy terms.
Toyota owners also have access to 50 authorised Toyota Body & Paint outlets nationwide. These facilities provide repair services through UMWT’s authorised network.
To qualify for Mobili-T Assist, customers must have an active TIP policy. The estimated repair period must also exceed 14 days. Eligible customers can receive a courtesy car for up to five days, subject to availability and a first-come, first-served arrangement.
Mobili-T Assist forms part of Toyota’s Extra Mile ownership experience. It combines insurance coverage, authorised repair services and temporary mobility support for eligible customers.
Meanwhile, Move Your World Rewards offers prizes to customers who register a new Toyota during the campaign period. The campaign runs from 1 November to 31 December 2026.
Eligible individual customers will automatically enter a lucky draw when they register a new Toyota within this period. UMWT will give away 100 iPhone Duo prizes through two monthly draws, with 50 winners selected each month.
Existing Toyota customers will receive three entries for every eligible vehicle registration. New customers will receive one entry per registration.
Existing customers can also access exclusive aftersales benefits on selected parts and accessories. These benefits, along with the lucky draw entries, are subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
