This D9 cabin filter upgrade comes amid the hazy weather Malaysia has been experiencing this past month.
While nearly all Malaysians have been choked by the haze these days, at least those in Denzas can breathe a little better now. Such is as the luxury Chinese automaker is currently offering a free cabin filter upgrade for its D9, with both new and existing owners eligible for the campaign.
New and existing private-use D9 owners in Malaysia can redeem a complimentary PM2.5 AC Cabin Filter replacement at any Denza Premium Service Centre. This comes as part of the ongoing Denza Care Program, with the campaign running from 1 October 2026 until 30 November 2026.
Denza is currently touting that its specialised cabin filtration system acts as an active shield against the nastier stuff floating around in the air. At the heart of the system is an electrostatic micro-sieve filtration layer, which is designed to capture fine particulates, dust and smoke down to PM2.5, with higher filtration efficiency than a standard cabin filter.
This is then supplemented by activated carbon shielding, which helps neutralise harmful airborne gases, industrial smog emissions and even the unpleasant burnt-timber odours commonly associated with haze. The filter also works together with Denza’s onboard climate system and real-time cabin air quality monitoring, allowing the system to rapidly purify the air inside the cabin within minutes of starting the vehicle.
Existing and new owners will receive direct notifications via WhatsApp or SMS detailing the campaign redemption steps, with eligibility verified by presenting either a previous Repair Order (RO) or New Vehicle Purchase document. Do note however that this is a one-time complimentary upgrade, and the campaign is not applicable to commercial-use vehicles.

And through this initiative, Denza Malaysia says it aims to reinforce its holistic approach to luxury mobility, where true comfort extends beyond premium leather and refined acoustics to encompass clean, purified breathing air… Though it does raise the question of why this is not already standard equipment in the first place, especially on a luxury car.
