Cycle & Carriage Revamps Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves 2S Centre

This newly-upgraded Cycle & Carriage 2S facility features the latest in Mercedes-Benz’s retail brand concept.

Cycle & Carriage has recently unveiled its newly upgraded Mercedes-Benz Batu Caves service centre, showcasing the latest in the three-pointed star marque’s retail brand concept that is designed to set new benchmarks in luxury automotive customer experience. This strategic enhancement follows the successful launch of Cycle & Carriage Sungai Pinang in Penang, reinforcing the company’s dedication to delivering exceptional ownership journeys for its customers across Malaysia.

The revitalised facility is said to focus on enhanced customer touchpoints, seamless digital integration and streamlined service processes. “Cycle & Carriage is proud to bring another state-of-the-art service centre to life,” said Mr. Thomas Tok, CEO of Cycle & Carriage. “We remain committed to enhancing every touchpoint of the Mercedes-Benz customer journey through continuous investment in innovation and service excellence.”

This upgraded 2S facility currently features a spacious 3,633 square-foot customer lounge, offering contemporary comfort designed for today’s discerning luxury vehicle owners. Supporting this enhanced customer space is a comprehensive 41,000 square-foot workshop equipped with 22 service and repair work bays, 22 body and paint bays, 5 car wash bays, and 4 dedicated commercial vehicle bays, collectively handling up to 40 vehicles monthly. Premium Express Service bays further ensure expedited turnaround times for customers with tight schedules.

Notably, Cycle & Carriage Batu Caves houses one of Malaysia’s largest Mercedes-Benz Body & Paint Centres, proudly certified with the Mercedes-Benz Certificate of Competence (CoC) Level 4 — the highest recognition for collision repair capabilities. The centre was awarded this prestigious certification in 2013 and achieved a perfect 100% audit score in 2017, establishing it among the top-performing collision repair facilities worldwide.

The facility also demonstrates environmental responsibility through the installation of a solar PV system designed to offset building energy consumption, aligning with both companies’ sustainability commitments.

“We believe ownership goes far beyond the initial purchase. It’s about every interaction, every visit, and every detail,” added Mr. Tok. “This upgrade reflects our promise to continuously raise the bar in delivering best-in-class service to Mercedes-Benz customers in Malaysia.”

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia’s CEO & President Amanda Zhang further emphasised that “The unveiling of Cycle & Carriage Batu Caves marks yet another chapter in our commitment to delivering a truly luxurious and customer-centric experience. This crafted space reflects the Mercedes-Benz promise — where timeless design, comfort, and service excellence converge.”

Located at Lot 5, Jalan Perusahaan 1, Kawasan Perindustrian PKNS, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor, the service center operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, and remains closed on Sunday.
