SDAC Now Offering Up To 20% Savings For Ford Services

Save even more now when servicing one’s Ford at SDAC during this festive season. 

Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC) has recently announced that it will be offering special service promotion to Ford owners, with up to 20% savings on selected parts and engine oil. Occurring in conjunction with the upcoming festive period, this service promotion starts from the 1st of April and will last till the 31st of May. 

As for the discounts available, aside from engine oils, a 20% discount is also applicable on brake and timing belt packages, as well as lubricant packages. On top of that too, SDAC is currently offering a 10% labour discount for work done related to said packages in their service centres. 

Now speaking of their service centres, current Ford owners who service their cars at one of the ‘seven authorised Ford Service Centres nationwide’ can rest assured that only genuine OEM parts of the highest quality will be installed onto their pride and joy. To back this claim up, all ‘Genuine Ford Parts’ (excluding wear and tear items) come with a 12 month/20,000 km warranty. 

A free 27-point vehicle inspection is also currently offered by SDAC as part of this ongoing service promotion. Conducted by Ford-certified technicians, this is to provide further peace-of-mind to owners by ensuring that their vehicles are in ‘tip-top condition’. 

For existing Ford owners who wish to take advantage of this special service promotion, customers can book their appointment online via the Ford website up to one month in advance. Alternatively, customers can call their preferred authorised Ford Service Centre directly or contact the Customer Care Hotline at 1300 38 3181 to book their service slots. 

And just to sweeten the deal even more, free green packets will also be given to customers who service their cars within this promotional campaign. Additionally, cash-paying customers who spend more than RM 350 in a single receipt are set to also receive an exclusive travel mug.

When customers book a service during this period, they can benefit from savings of up to 20 percent on selected parts and engine oil. 

For more savings, customers can also enjoy a 20 discount on brake and timing belt packages, up to 20 percent discount on lubricant package, on top of the 10 percent labour discount for the said packages. 

For added peace-of-mind, Ford owners can also take advantage of the free 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are in tip-top condition. 

Additionally, each cash paying customer who spends more than RM350 in a single receipt will receive an exclusive travel mug and all service customers will also receive free green packets.

Customers can rest assured that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used when servicing at any of the 39 Ford authorised service centres nationwide. 

With Genuine Ford Parts, customers can be certain of the highest standards of quality, fit and finish as the parts are specifically designed for Ford vehicles to ensure superior performance. 

Additionally, all Ford genuine parts are covered under warranty for a period of 12 months or 20,000kms, whichever occurs first, excluding wear and tear parts.

This allows customers to immediately know the available vehicle service time slots at their chosen dealership as well as select and confirm their preferred schedule, up to one month in advance.

The necessary Standard Operating Procedures to combat Covid-19 is being enforced at all premises, including crowd control and social distancing, so it is advisable to make a service appointment ahead of time.
