VinFast Offers Up To US$60,000 In Incentives For New E-Motorcycle Showrooms

VinFast is offering incentives of up to US$60,000 per location to dealers opening new electric motorcycle showrooms in Indonesia and the Philippines. The programme aims to expand its distribution network and make its electric motorcycles more accessible.

Dealers opening showrooms by 31 December 2026 can receive basic support of up to US$40,000 per location. The amount depends on showroom size, floor area and compliance with dealership standards.

An additional incentive of up to US$5,000 is available for showrooms opened by 31 October 2026. Dealers opening three or more stores can also qualify for an extra incentive of up to US$15,000 per location.

The programme combines financial assistance with operational support. VinFast will provide business consulting, marketing guidance and professional training to help dealers establish their operations.

The company will also help ensure dealerships meet its requirements for brand identity, showroom design, operating procedures and customer service.

Battery-Swapping Motorcycles And Dealer Support

Participating dealers will initially offer three electric motorcycle models: the Evo, Feliz II and Viper. VinFast describes these models as battery-swapping electric motorcycles designed for different customer needs.

Dealers will also have access to VinFast’s supporting infrastructure, including service and warranty facilities. The company will provide support for service workshops to help maintain after-sales services and improve the ownership experience.

VinFast says the initiative aims to create business opportunities for local dealers while encouraging consumers to adopt electric motorcycles. However, the announcement does not specify how many units each showroom is expected to sell.

Network Expansion In Southeast Asia

The incentives form part of VinFast’s wider expansion plans in Indonesia and the Philippines. The company aims to establish hundreds of electric motorcycle stores in each market by the end of 2026.

As of September 2026, VinFast had 63 electric motorcycle dealerships operating across the two countries. The latest programme is intended to accelerate the network’s growth before the end of the year.

VinFast plans to continue expanding its presence across Southeast Asia, bringing its electric vehicles and related services closer to consumers. Its dealership expansion will also support the rollout of its battery-swapping motorcycle range in the region.
