Hyundai Debuts 2 New Aftersales Loyalty Programs Locally

The new i-Care Plus and Loyalty Card programs offers many perks to current Hyundai owners. 

Good news for existing Hyundai owners in Malaysia, as Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors has recently launched two new aftersales loyalty programs locally. Dubbed the i-Care Plus and the Loyalty Card, these new aftersales initiatives by the South Korean automaker aims to offers various perks like discounts and freebies to its current customers. 

Starting first with the i-Care Plus program, customers will receive six discount vouchers which offer 10% discount on selected parts, 5% discount on labour charges as well as two free bottles of engine oil and an oil filter to boot. Moreover, these discounts are valid for 35 months from the date of registration, which can be done at any authorised service centre at a cost of RM 20. 

It is worth noting though that this particular promotion is only available for a limited time only from the 1st of April. The i-Care Plus program is also eligible for vehicles that are four years old or older. 

What is applicable to all Hyundai models however will be the new Loyalty Card program. Coming automatically with the ownership of any model from the South Korean automaker, members will get to enjoy aftersales discounts during their birthday month, discounts on Hyundai merchandise as well as a higher trade-in value when purchasing another new Hyundai vehicle. A 20% discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products are also currently on offer for the month of April 2021 with the use of the Loyalty Card.

According to the Managing Director of HSDM, Mr Low Yuan Lung, these new customer loyalty programs are a ‘testimony to the company’s promise in offering distinctive value to Hyundai car owners here’. “We hope to bring more value and benefits to our customers through such specially designed programmes, as we focus on enhancing the customer experience with Hyundai,” added Mr Low.

The i-Care Plus programme is only eligible for vehicles that are four years old or older, and customers can sign up for this programme at any of Hyundai’s authorised service centres nationwide. For only RM20, customers will get six discount vouchers which offer a 10 percent discount on selected parts, and a 5 percent discount on labour charges, in addition to two free bottles of engine oils and an oil filter. Available for a limited time from 1st April, the i-Care Plus programme is valid for 35 months from the date of purchase. 

The Loyalty Card, on the other hand, is an exclusive privilege that comes automatically with the ownership of any Hyundai model. Membership privileges include exclusive monthly promotions, such as a 20 percent discount on KLIMA Fresh and BlueChem products for the month of April. Customers can expect more privileges in the future such as birthday month discounts on after sales service, discounts on Hyundai merchandise and a higher trade-in value when you purchase another new Hyundai vehicle.
