Nissan’s New Cyberjaya Outlet Showcases Its NRC-NEXT Concept

This new 3S Centre in Cyberjaya continues Nissan’s nationwide retail transformation program. 

Edaran Tan Chong Motor Sdn. Bhd. (ETCM) has recently opened up a new Nissan showroom in Cyberjaya in partnership with Evo Mobility Sdn. Bhd. (EVO), and what is primarily intriguing about this new outlet is for it to feature the new NRC-NEXT retail concept. 

This showroom transformation effort is subsequent to the other three showrooms — including its 3S Flagship Store in Petaling Jaya — which underwent this upgrading and refurbishment exercise over the past two years. The NRC-NEXT showroom concept is said to reaffirm the company’s commitment in providing excellent customer experience and enhancing customer satisfaction, as they interact with the Nissan brand name.

Centred on showcasing Nissan’s brand values across the entire customers’ journey at the dealership touchpoint, be it to test drive the latest model or to drop the car off for a regular service, the Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) was mooted to innovate its dealerships and deliver world-class service standards to its customers across the globe. Every touchpoint of a NRC- or NRC-NEXT-compliant retail facility will apparently be reimagined and refined, in order to better deliver excitement and satisfaction to the customer.

Detailing more on this new Nissan Cyberjaya outlet itself meanwhile, this 3S centre is to be nestled within the thriving township of Autoville Cyberjaya. A RM 1.5 million project, this particular retail and aftersales space commenced operations in early January 2024 to better cater to potential new customers within Cyberjaya, as well as the surrounding Sepang and Putrajaya neighbourhoods.

The newly opened outlet spans a total built-up area of 7,300 square feet, with this space featuring up to 5 new Nissan models on display, a dedicated new vehicle delivery area and a cosy customer lounge. There is also to be two service bays on site, which are able to accommodate up to 200 service throughput per month.

ETCM previously awarded a dealer partnership to Evo Mobility Sdn. Bhd. (EVO) in Cyberjaya to cater to the needs of its nearby community in late 2023. EVO carries over two decades of strong and robust business acumen background in fuel distribution across the southern region, and is now expanding and venturing into the automotive space.
