The Lamborghini Revuelto SV has not yet been officially offered for sale, but the model is already drawing attention as a possible higher-performance version of Lamborghini’s V12 flagship.
The Super Veloce, or SV, designation has traditionally been used by Lamborghini for more focused and performance-oriented versions of its flagship models. Based on the information currently available, the Revuelto SV is expected to place a greater emphasis on handling, control and track-focused performance.
Wet conditions present a particular challenge for high-performance cars, where reduced grip can make power delivery and vehicle control more difficult. The Revuelto SV is described as using intelligent torque distribution, racing-derived suspension and advanced stability control to help the vehicle remain stable and responsive when driving conditions become more unpredictable.
These systems are intended to work together by managing how power is delivered and helping the driver maintain control through corners and changing road surfaces. However, final specifications and production details for the Revuelto SV have yet to be confirmed.
Importantly, the Revuelto SV is not currently offered for sale. As a result, it is not yet subject to the official fuel consumption and emissions information requirements covered under Directive 1999/94/EC.
One reason for this could be the ongoing homologation and type approval process. Before a new production vehicle can be sold in different markets, it must complete the required testing and certification covering areas such as emissions, safety and other regulatory requirements. Until these processes are completed and official figures are finalised, customer deliveries cannot begin.
Another factor is the strong demand for the standard Lamborghini Revuelto. Production capacity at Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata Bolognese facility remains focused on fulfilling existing orders for the regular Revuelto, which has reportedly built up a substantial order backlog extending into late 2026.
Lamborghini also traditionally handles higher-performance models through a limited allocation process. Previous SV variants have often been made available first to selected customers, long-time collectors and VIP clients before wider ordering opportunities are considered. A similar approach could be expected for the Revuelto SV, with allocations potentially being arranged before any broader sales announcement.
The timing also follows Lamborghini’s usual flagship model strategy. The standard version is typically introduced first, allowing it to establish itself before more specialised variants arrive later in the model cycle.
For now, the Revuelto SV remains a model that has yet to enter the market officially. Details surrounding final specifications, homologation, production numbers, allocations and pricing are still expected to be confirmed before Lamborghini opens the vehicle for sale.
