Lamborghini Unveils the Urus SE Performante
New flagship plug-in hybrid Super SUV delivers 812 CV, enhanced aerodynamics, and sharper driving dynamics with improved everyday comfort.
Automobili Lamborghini has unveiled the Urus SE Performante, the new high-performance flagship of its plug in hybrid Super SUV lineup. Combining greater power, improved aerodynamics, and advanced chassis technology, the latest model sets a new benchmark for performance while maintaining the everyday practicality the Urus is known for.
Power comes from a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine paired with a permanent-magnet electric motor, producing a combined 812 CV (596 kW) and 1,000 Nm of torque. the highest output ever achieved by a Urus. Extensive use of carbon-fibre components, including a new bonnet and redesigned front and rear bumpers, helps improve the power-to-weight ratio while enhancing aerodynamic efficiency and brake cooling.
The Urus SE Performante also introduces Lamborghini’s new AURA dual-chamber air suspension, reducing body roll during spirited driving while improving ride comfort by cutting vibrations by 25% compared to the previous Urus Performante. Together with revised aerodynamics and increased performance, the updates deliver greater precision, stability, and responsiveness on both the road and track.
According to Lamborghini Chairman and CEO Stephan Winkelmann, the Urus SE Performante represents the brand’s ultimate expression of the Super SUV, combining hybrid technology, advanced vehicle dynamics, and bold design while preserving the versatility and everyday usability that have made the Urus a benchmark in its segment.
