Porsche Malaysia has expanded its aftersales network into East Malaysia with the opening of Porsche Service Centre Kuching in partnership with Hap Seng Prestige.
Located in Kuching, Sarawak, the new facility is the first authorised Porsche service centre in East Malaysia, giving Porsche owners in Sarawak access to certified maintenance, diagnostics and repair services closer to home.
The service centre is a ‘1S’ facility with a two-bay workshop operated by Porsche-trained technicians. It is equipped with specialised diagnostic systems and workshop equipment designed to meet Porsche’s global standards.
Customers will also have access to Genuine Porsche Parts sourced through Porsche’s global supply network, allowing servicing and repairs to be carried out according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
The facility also includes a dedicated customer lounge, providing a space for owners while their vehicles are being serviced.
The opening of the Kuching service centre is part of Porsche Malaysia’s efforts to expand its aftersales coverage in the country. Hap Seng Prestige, part of Hap Seng Group, brings its existing experience in premium automotive retail and aftersales operations to the partnership.
To mark the start of operations, Porsche Malaysia is also holding a Service Clinic exclusively for Porsche owners in Sarawak.
The programme includes a complimentary 111-point inspection, giving owners a detailed assessment of their vehicle’s condition. Customers can also access exclusive Porsche Approved Warranty packages during the Service Clinic.

The new facility also offers Porsche Tequipment accessories and Porsche Lifestyle merchandise. Selected Porsche Lifestyle products are available with discounts of up to 30% as part of the opening.
With Porsche Service Centre Kuching now operational, owners in Sarawak have access to authorised Porsche aftersales support without needing to travel to Peninsular Malaysia for routine servicing and repairs.
