This latest flagship Zeekr showroom and service centre combo reportedly costed RM 10 million to realise.
Zeekr Malaysia, together with dealer partner Sunway Marketing, has just officially opened the doors to its new flagship retail and aftersales hub in Sunway City Kuala Lumpur. Now simply called Zeekr Sunway, this latest showroom and service centre combo is set to become the brand’s signature customer experience touchpoint, not just for Klang Valley, but for the wider Malaysian market.
This new facility replaces Zeekr’s earlier presence at Sunway Pinnacle, which has served as the brand’s first home since its launch here in October 2024. Built with a combined investment of over RM10 million, Zeekr Space Sunway City and its nearby service centre now form a significantly more polished and complete ownership ecosystem.
Occupying 11,100 square feet at what used to be the Sunway City helipad, the new Zeekr Space showroom has been designed to embody the sleek and progressive image of the EV brand. With space for up to six Zeekr models on display at any given time, customers can get up close with the latest offerings like the Zeekr X and the ultra-luxurious 009 MPV.
The showroom also features two delivery bays set aside exclusively for new car handovers, ensuring a picture-perfect start to each owner’s journey. The thoughtfully designed layout further includes a plush customer lounge, private discussion zones, and four 22 kW AC charging points for visiting EVs, with DC fast chargers to be installed soon.
Complementing the retail space is the Zeekr Sunway Service Centre, located just down the road on Jalan Lagoon Selatan. This 10,000 square-foot facility has been fitted out with the latest diagnostics equipment and vehicle servicing tech, and is operated by a team of trained Zeekr technicians. Multiple customer waiting areas and a dedicated advisory zone have been included to streamline the aftersales process, while a large stockpile of spare parts ensures quick turnaround times.
The centre is also expandable to 20,000 square feet, a nod to Zeekr’s confidence in its future growth in Malaysia. And that confidence is well-founded. Since the first car rolled out in December 2024, Sunway Marketing has already delivered over 600 Zeekr cars nationwide.
“This launch is more than just expanding our business footprint,” said Mr. Yeoh Yuen Chee, CEO of Sunway Trading & Manufacturing. “It’s about delivering a more complete and premium customer experience for the growing Zeekr community in Malaysia.”
To celebrate the launch of this new flagship retail outlet, Zeekr Malaysia has kicked off the “Win-a-Zeekr” Customer Appreciation Contest 2025. Buyers who purchase and take delivery of a Zeekr vehicle from either the Sunway or Petaling Jaya branches before 30 September 2025 stand a chance to win a Zeekr X Premium. Zeekr Space Sunway City is now open daily from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm on weekdays and Saturdays, and 10.00 am to 5.00 pm on Sundays. The Zeekr Sunway Service Centre is open from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm on weekdays, and 9.00 am to 1.00 pm on Saturdays, offering full aftersales support for current and future owners alike.
